ACEPACK电源模块基于多个不同的层,其中包括铜-陶瓷-铜结构的基板,这种基板能够在转换器拓扑中提供高度灵活性并优化驱动和功率回路。这种基板能够确保电绝缘并保证非常低的热阻。

ACEPACK 1和ACEPACK 2的俯视图
ACEPACK 1和ACEPACK 2电源模块的目标功率范围从几千瓦到几百千瓦,可用于实现采用SiC MOSFET或IGBT二极管开关技术的多种拓扑结构。IGBT和二极管功率模块针对650V和1200V电压等级的CIB和sixpack拓扑结构进行了优化,适用于工业电机控制。SiC MOSFET配置专为工业应用量身定制,适合能源生产和分配、电源和转换器(如太阳能板、充电站和UPS)等各种应用。下一代ACEPACK 1和2车规级解决方案适用于大功率DC-DC转换器、HVAC和辅助设备。
ACEPACK DRIVE俯视图和仰视图
ACEPACK DRIVE是一款非常紧凑的直接液冷式Sixpack拓扑模块系列,已专门针对混合动力和电动汽车牵引逆变器进行了优化。这些电源模块采用基于最新ST SiC技术的功率半导体开关,保证在同步整流运行期间达到理想的R DS(on)、有限的开关和导通能量以及卓越的性能。与市场中的标准解决方案相比,该模块可确保卓越的系统效率,即使在再生制动期间也依然高效。ACEPACK DRIVE系列可帮助有效延长电动汽车行驶里程,并让电池封装尺寸更小。ACEPACK DRIVE模块采用直接液体冷却式基板,可优化热性能,同时采用烧结技术进行芯片连接并辅以AMB基板,让产品使用寿命更长。ACEPACK DRIVE额定电压范围为750 V至1200 V。

ACEPACK DMT-32双列直插式成型通孔32引脚电源模块是专为BEV/HEV应用量身定制的一体化解决方案。具有高功率密度和高效率的复杂拓扑,有利于产品快速上市。DMT-32采用1200V SiC MOSFET,可提供fourpack、sixpack和图腾柱转换器拓扑。最先进的ST SiC技术和种类丰富的产品组合保证了广泛的功率范围和应用覆盖,其中包括OBC、DC-DC转换器、液体泵和空调等。
