意法半导体公司已经将多种STPOWER高压MOSFET、IGBT和智能电源模块 (IPM) 纳入10年长期供货计划。STPOWER SiC MOSFET也在供货计划范围内,最低供货承诺时间为7年。该计划为客户的设计投资提供支持,确保选定的器件至少10年或7年(从通知日期起)内均可供货。

宽带隙晶体管碳化硅 (SiC) MOSFET 氮化镓晶体管(100 V、650 V和900 V)使从650 V至2200 V的碳化硅 (SiC) MOSFET趋于完美,可以提高功率效率、减小尺寸、降低重量、节约系统成本,或同时实现以上全部目标。
