晶闸管 (SCR) 和 交流开关

晶闸管(也称为可控硅整流器(SCR)、三端双向可控硅元件和逻辑级栅极ACS电路)是在120、240和480V交流电力线上工作的开关,适用于电器、工具、转换器和驱动系统。晶闸管(SCR)和交流开关属于我们的STPOWER产品系列。
