描述

ST1PS02是一款极低静态电流同步整流降压转换器，能够提供高达400mA的输出电流，输入电压范围为1.8V至5.5V。该产品专为高效率及对PCB尺寸和对厚度有要求的应用而设计。可以使用两个数字控制输入引脚设置输出电压，也可以动态选择1.0 V至3.3 V的VOUT 。由于增强的PCC（峰值电流控制），ST1PS02仅使用2.2μH电感和两个小电容即可实现极高的效率转换。该器件内嵌一个受控负载开关，为子系统提供相同电压轨。实现先进的设计电路以最小化静态电流该器件采用薄塑料封装。
