降压稳压器

降压转换器(也称为降压调节器或DC-DC步降开关稳压器)是一种输出稳压比输入电压低的DC-DC转换器。

意法半导体的单片式降压(降压)转换器IC具有高达61 V的输入电压能力,以很高的开关频率实现了高达4 A的输出电流。

为了提高MTBF(平均无故障时间)并减少外部元件,从而降低物料成本,这些降压稳压器都嵌入了全套保护功能(过流、过压和过热)。
