The M24C08-G8 is an 8-Kbit I²C-compatible EEPROM (electrically erasable programmable read-only memory) organized as 1 K × 8 bits. It can operate with a supply voltage of 1.8 V ± 5%, with a maximum clock frequency of 400 kHz, over an extended temperature range from -40 °C to +105 °C,

This product offers 1.2 V-compatible I/Os, and it is available in 4‑ball wafer level chip scale packaging (WLCSP).
