描述
TSX393是一款微功耗CMOS双路电压比较器，电流消耗非常低，每个比较器仅为5 µA（典型值）。这款器件为TS393的改进升级版：电流消耗更低，输入偏移电压更理想，ESD耐受性增强。TSX393的温度规格范围大，SO8封装可用于车规级应用。与TS393 CMOS比较器完全兼容，并提供类似封装。TSX393还提供了全新的微型封装（MiniSO8和DFN8 2x2 mm），从而可以集成到更多应用中。
