描述
The TVS221SC-1T2 is a unidirectional single line TVS diode designed to protect the power line or other low speed I/O against ESD and small surge transients. These self-controlled TVS offer benefits such as a flat clamping voltage over the temperature range and over the current range. Thanks to an extremely low RDS_ON the quasi constant clamping voltage remains much smaller than for a conventional TVS diode.
The device is ideal for applications where board space saving is required
