产品概述

描述

VIPERGAN50是一款高压转换器,适用于中功率准谐振ZVS(开关开启时的零电压开关)反激转换器,可在宽范围内提供高达50 W的输出功率。

该器件集成了一套完整的功能,提供了极其灵活且易于使用的芯片,有助于设计高效的离线电源。ZVS准谐振操作模式具有动态消隐时间功能和波谷同步功能,始终在漏极谐振的波谷处打开电源开关,降低了开关损耗,并在任何输入线路和负载条件下最大限度地提高了整体效率。先进的低静态功耗电源管理有助于实现低待机功耗。前馈补偿使整个输入电压范围内的最大输出峰值功率变化最小化。

除上述功能外,该器件还提供了显著提高最终产品安全性和可靠性的保护功能:输出过压保护、超温保护(OTP)、过载保护(OLP)、过压/欠压保护,此类功能可设置输入电压电平(以开关转换器)以及输入过压保护(iOVP),同时可在输入线路异常增加的情况下保护系统。所有保护均为自动重启模式。
