Based on the Arm® Cortex®-M33 core, STM32C59x/5A3 product lines help you develop your next cost-sensitive application.
They offer up to 1 Mbytes of flash memory and 256 Kbytes of RAM, as well as one ethernet port, octoSPI peripherals and up to 2 FDCAN interfaces.
They feature side-channel-resistant hardware crypto engines supporting both symmetric and asymmetric algorithms. Secure key storage uses the secure symmetric crypto accelerator to protect keys during cryptographic operations, while the hardware unique key (HUK) ensures each device generates and stores keys that can’t be extracted or cloned. The coupling and chaining bridge (CCB) is also included in these product lines to ensure the protection of the private key.
The lines come in several packages ranging from 32 to 144 pins. You can start prototyping easily with the dedicated NUCLEO-C5A3ZG board and the STM32Cube ecosystem. These lines support an operating temperature range from -40 to 125°C.
