TS97x系列运算放大器可在低至±1.35 V的电压下工作，并具备轨到轨输出信号摆幅特性。TS97x器件特别适合便携式电池供电设备。极低的噪声和低失真特性使其成为音频前置放大应用的理想选择。
TS97x器件提供多种封装形式，以适应各类应用需求。对于空间受限的应用，SOT23-5封装 (2.8 x 2.9 mm) 或DFN8封装 (3 x 3 mm) 可灵活布放于PCB任意位置，从而简化开发板设计。
