TN13050H-12WL的工作结温高达150 °C，能够在高达130 A RMS电流下实现高热性能运行。
可采用通孔高功率封装TO-247长引线封装，阳极位于背面。每个封装引脚顶部的树脂楔块可提供高达6.8 mm的额外爬电距离，以确保符合安全标准。
TN13050H-12WL SCR适用于需要以较低栅极电流实现高抗扰度的工业应用，如电机软启动器和电源。此外，其1400 V浪涌耐受能力为UPS或可再生能源逆变器等电网级应用提供更高可靠性。
