SMC30J TVS系列专为保护敏感设备而设计，符合IEC 61000-4-2、MIL STD 883 Method 3015静电防护标准，以及IEC 61000-4-4/5电气过应力防护要求。适用于3000 W 10/1000 μs以下的浪涌保护。

平面工艺技术使其兼容需要低漏电流和高结温的高端设备与开关模式电源，以确保长期可靠性和稳定性。
