SLLIMM nano

SLLIMM nano系列封装

STPOWER SLLIMM nano IPM产品系列包括SLLIMM nano SMD器件、SLLIMM nano通孔式封装器件和SLLIMM nano第2系列(均采用通孔式封装),所提供的产品具有不同的开关选项(IGBT或高压MOSFET)以及3个用于栅极驱动的半桥控制IC。这些器件的电流能力为1至8 A,击穿电压为500 V和600 V。

产品提供两种不同的整体模制式封装,即通孔式封装(折线和双直线引线)器件和SMD封装。

这些IPM外形紧凑且散热效率高,可针对具体应用定制,用于卷闸、冰箱、洗碗机和低功率洗衣机等家电产品,以及在硬开关电路中以不超过600 W的功率和不超过20 kHz的频率工作的泵、风扇和电机驱动器。

SLLIMM nano系列产品具有很高的集成度,可完全满足空间节省需求,同时不会降低低功率逆变器应用所需的热性能和可靠性。

这些产品基于六个开关和三个半桥IC栅极驱动器,并具有附加功能和保护特性,无论采用哪种封装,内部拓扑结构都相同。

产品类型

SLLIMM nano IPM提供两种不同的整体模制式封装,即表面贴装式 (SMD) 和通孔式 (TH) 封装。

SLLIMM nano SMD
采用紧凑且散热效率高的双直线引线封装,增强了可靠性,可实现无散热器设计,并且引线间的爬电距离和间隙更大,确保了封装级别的安全隔离。SMD封装非常适合所有需要回流焊和/或波峰焊工艺的应用板,适用于低功率应用,如卷闸、小型风扇、小型压缩机和任何功率小于80 W的电机驱动器。
SLLIMM nano通孔式封装器件
这种IPM外形紧凑,采用通孔式封装(折线式和双直线引线封装),适用于功率不超过110 W的电机控制应用,能够有效减少组装PCB/系统的空间,而不会降低热性能和可靠性。

SLLIMM nano第2系列

该IPM在封装上有专用散热器插槽,便于更轻松地固定散热器,从而有助于提高器件的热性能。该系列已通过UL 1557认证(文件E81734),隔离电压可达2 kVrms/min。该系列提供双引线封装(直线和折线,有断态和没有断态),可专门针对功率不超过600 W的电机驱动应用量身定制。
