新设计机遇与更低的物料成本

全新系列IPM在单个封装中集成了一个完整的逆变器级,包括6个与高侧和低侧栅极驱动器相关联的短路保护IGBT(带续流二极管),用于优化散热和效率

该模块还内置保护和控制功能:自举二极管、欠压锁定、关断输入/故障输出,用于温度监测的NTC热敏电阻,以及用于故障保护的比较器。
