三相逆变器

SLLIMM第2系列是意法半导体紧凑、高效的双列直插式智能电源模块系列,具有可选的额外特性。

该系列器件基于配备IGBT或超结 (SJ) MOSFET的3相逆变器打造,拥有8至35 A的电流能力和600 V的击穿电压。由于采用了全成型和顶部冷却式直接敷铜 (DBC) 封装选项,这些IPM可满足中低功耗应用到高功耗应用的需求。

SLLIMM第2系列不仅能够确保洗衣机、泵、风扇和空调等家用电器以高效率运行,还能确保在300 W至3 kW硬开关电路中以不超过20 kHz的频率工作的电机驱动器高效运行。

SLLIMM第2系列优化了性能、拓宽了电流范围,同时增加了封装技术选项,因此支持采用更小的散热器,有助于进一步降低应用成本。

该系列结合了两个驱动器(分别为高侧驱动器和低侧驱动器)和一个功率部分,其中功率部分基于增强的沟槽栅场截止IGBT以及续流二极管或采用快速恢复二极管的N-沟道超结MOSFET。这种组合可以提高效率、有效降低EMI和总体损耗,从而延长短路耐受时间。

该系列器件提供内置温度传感器和/或NTC(负温度系数)选件。

在25°C下工作时,SLLIMM第2系列的击穿电压为600 V,额定电流为8至35 A。

为了最大限度地提高稳态运行和低负载应用(包括高端空调机组)的效率,首选RDS(on)极低(最高100 mΩ)和热阻较低的SJ-MOSFET版本。

在两种封装选项中,全成型封装选项代表着一种经济型解决方案,适用于中等功耗平台,而DBC封装选项RTH值极低,可实现较高的功率耗散。
