描述
STLQ50是一款专门设计在要求极低功耗的环境中运行的BiCMOS线性稳压器。
该器件具有超低的静态电流 (3 μA)，可延长电池使用寿命，非常适合需要极长待机时间的应用。
PMOS通道元件可以在不影响功耗特性的情况下，实现出色的压降值（25mA IO时为200 mV，全负载下为350 mV）。
它采用极小的SOT323-5L封装，满足电池供电设备对节省空间的要求。
