LDFM是一款快速极低压降线性稳压器，工作输入电压范围为2.5 V到16 V。
提供输出电压固定和可调两种型号，可调节范围为0.8 V到12 V。
LDFM具有高输出精度、极低压降、低噪声和低静态电流，因此适用于低电压微处理器和存储器应用。
PPAK/DFN封装选项提供启用逻辑控制引脚和电源正常输出。
提供电流保护和热保护功能。
