描述
L4985是一款用于升压转换器的峰值电流模式PFC控制器，采用专有的乘法器“模拟器”，除了创新型THD优化器，还保证在所有工条件下具有非常低的总谐波失真（THD）性能。该器件采用引脚SO封装，在符合EN61000-3-2和JEIDA-MITI标准的应用中为以CCM模式运行的升压PFC预调节器提供高性能/低组件数的解决方案，功率范围从几百瓦到几千瓦。
由于采用专有的关断时间调制器，该器件能够在所有工作条件下以准固定频率运行。提供两个选项：A为65 kHz，B为130 kHz。
800V高压启动功能块还包括用于将EMI滤波器的X电容降低到安全水平的电路。这使得该装置能够满足安全规定（如IEC 61010-1或IEC 62368-1），而无需使用传统的放电电阻（与电容器并联）。
该器件具有低能耗和禁用功能，可以应用于符合能源之星、美国能源部（DoE）、欧洲行为准则、欧盟生态设计指令，以及其他指导方针发布的最新节能要求的应用。
