描述
ST25TV02KC和ST25TV512C器件为NFC / RFID标签IC，具有“增强型NDEF”功能、篡改检测接口以及保护客户隐私的特定模式。
“增强型NDEF”特性是一种内容自动关联NDEF信息服务，允许标签响应动态内容，无需最终用户显式更新EEPROM。
篡改检测接口仅在ST25TV02KC-T器件上可用。该接口在ST25TV02KC‑A和ST25TV512C器件上不可用。
ST25TV02KC和ST25TV512C器件具有TruST25生成的数字签名（一套软件和流程），以证明芯片在克隆检测中的来源，嵌入具有60年数据保存期的可配置EEPROM，且可从13.56 MHz远程RFID读取器或NFC电话进行操作。
非接触式接口符合ISO/IEC 15693标准和NFC Forum Type 5标签。
