描述
该器件是一款单片集成的高压、大电流四通道驱动器，可接收标准DTL或TTL逻辑电平，并驱动感性负载（如继电器、螺线管、直流电机和步进电机）以及开关功率晶体管。
为便于作为双桥使用，每对通道均配备一个使能输入。逻辑电路设有独立电源输入，支持在较低电压下工作，并内置钳位二极管。
该器件适用于频率高达5 kHz的开关应用。
L2293Q采用VFQFPN-32L 5x5封装，并配备用于散热的外露焊盘。
