STM32WBAxM模块

The STM32WBAxM modules are cost-effective, ultra-low-power, small form factor, certified 2.4 GHz wireless modules designed for multiprotocol applications.

They support a range of protocols, including Bluetooth^® LE, Zigbee^® 3.0, Zigbee direct, OpenThread, with dynamic and static concurrent modes. These modules are based on the STM32WBA wireless microcontrollers, offering best-in-class RF performance with excellent receiver sensitivity and high output power.

Fully part of the STM32WBA portfolio, the STM32WBAxM modules are included in ST’s longevity program, ensuring a continuous supply for 10 years, renewed annually.

The STM32WBA5M wireless module is built on the STM32WBA55 microcontroller and features an Arm 32-bit Cortex^®-M33 at 100 MHz CPU with TrustZone®, MPU, DSP, and FPU.
It offers programmable output power up to +10 dBm with 1 dB steps and impressive Rx sensitivity of -96 dBm for Bluetooth® LE at 1 Mbit/s and -97.5 dBm for IEEE 802.15.4 at 250 Kbit/s.
The STM32WBA5M module comes in a SiP-LGA76 (8 x 12.5 mm) package. It is a cost-effective, ultra-low-power, small form factor, certified 2.4 GHz wireless module.
The module includes a fully integrated BOM with 32 MHz and 32 kHz crystals, and an integrated antenna with IPD for best-in-class and reliable antenna matching, with an option for external antenna configuration. It is widely certified (CE, FCC, ISED, etc.) and completely protocol stack royalty-free.
