带有DSP和FPU指令的STM32F3系列混合信号MCU

STM32F3系列集成了运行于72 MHz的32位Arm® Cortex®-M4内核(带有FPU和DSP指令)以及丰富的模拟外设,从而降低整体应用成本并简化系统设计,它包括:

  • 超快速比较器 (25 ns)
  • 具有可编程增益的运算放大器
  • 12位DAC
  • 超快速12位ADC,每通道每秒5 MSPS(每秒百万次采样),交替模式下可达到每秒18 MSPS
  • 精确的16位sigma-delta ADC(21通道)
  • 内核耦合存储器SRAM(例行程序加速器)是提高时间关键程序性能所专用的存储器架构,可将性能提升43%
  • 144 MHz高级16位脉宽调制定时器(分辨率 < 7 ns),用于控制应用
  • 高分辨率定时器(217 ps),针对供电和温度漂移可进行自补偿

灵活的内部互连矩阵可实现在外设之间的自主式通信,节省了CPU资源并降低了功耗。

STM32F3系列混合信号微控制器包括:

  • STM32F301STM32F302STM32F303通用产品线范围包括了基本型产品、包含高性价比外设组合的产品,以及具有更高性能和更多模拟功能,并可管理高达三个FOC电机控制的产品。
  • STM32F334具有高分辨率定时器 (217 ps) 和用于数字电源转换的复杂波形生成器和事件处理器 (HRTIM),适用于数字开关模式电源、照明、焊接、太阳能和无线充电等应用。
  • STM32F373具有16位sigma-delta ADC和7种内置增益,能够在生物识别传感器或智能计量等应用中实现高精度测量。
  • STM32F3x8产品线支持1.8 V的工作电压

封装选项为LQPF48/64/100、UFBGA100、WLCSP100/66/49、UQFN32,现可用于16到512 KB Flash的器件。

温度范围是-40到85°C或-40到105°C(结温为125°C)。
