EVLGANSPIN2-3PH是一款三相逆变器，基于GANSPIN612半桥氮化镓系统级封装（集成270 mΩ、650 V增强型HEMT氮化镓以及带LDO、自举二极管和过电流保护的栅极驱动器）和STM32G431RB（配备170 MHz Arm® Cortex®-M4 MCU、128 KB Flash存储器和数学加速器）。
该开发板支持无传感器矢量控制 (FOC)，可驱动永磁同步电机 (PMSM) 和无刷直流电机 (BLDC)，广泛适用于冰箱压缩机、泵、风扇及工业设备等应用场景。
EVLGANSPIN2-3PH尺寸为77 x 88 mm，采用四层、2 Oz、FR-4 PCB设计，在静止空气中实现整体12 °C/W的热阻 (Rth(J-A))（单个半桥独立工作时约为32 °C/W）。
