描述
TSC200是一款高侧电流检测放大器，提供模拟电压输出。无论电源电压多少，它们均可通过分流电阻，在-16至+80 V的宽共模电压范围内检测电流。其放大器增益为20 V / V。
TSC200集成了一个具有输出锁存功能的漏极开路比较器和一个内部0.6 V电压基准（连接到其输入端）。外部电阻分压器可以设置开关阈值。
此器件可在2.7至18 V的宽电源电压范围和-40至+125 °C的工业温度范围内运行。
