产品概述
描述
TS881器件是一款单路比较器，具有超低供电电流（输出高电平时的典型值为210 nA，VCC = 1.2 V，无负载）以及轨到轨输入和输出能力。该比较器的性能使其适于各种便携式应用。TS881器件最大限度地减少了电池电源的漏电，因此延长了电池的使用寿命。
该比较器的工作电压为0.85 V至5.5 V，可在很宽的温度范围（-40至+125 °C）内使用，同时将功耗保持在超低水平。
TS881器件采用SC70-5和SOT23-5 封装，极大节省了PCB上的空间。
