600 V/800 V 150°C T系列三端双向可控硅

该系列的抗干扰能力(dV/dt)和换向能力(dI/dt)更能符合使用需求,即使栅极电流Igt很低。最后一个参数Igt的关键,在于低栅极驱动电流更有助于优化电源,可直接通过在微控制器和可控硅门极之间接一电阻,即可对所有10mA Igt的可控硅提供驱动。 
6~25 A T系列三端双向可控硅(采用35 mA 和800 V栅极额定值)现在可采用 D²PAK封装,为更大范围的负载提供改进的EMC抗干扰性和换向。对于3.5kW负载,意法半导体的高温三端双向可控硅的额定值分别为20 A、30 A,以及最终的 25 A。新型 T2535T-8x系列可帮助设计人员轻松完成产品开发,尽可能提高系统抗干扰能力和系统稳健性。
此外,还提高了瞬时耐冲击电流(I TSM)、抗干扰能力和换向能力之间的均衡度。它领先于普通产品,目前市面上没有类似的产品。
