该新型IPM（智能电源模块）属于高功率SLLIMM（小型低损耗智能集成模块）系列，采用简单、坚固耐用的设计，可提供紧凑型高性能交流电机驱动。它将驱动控制与改进过的短路保护650 V沟槽栅场截止IGBT相结合，非常适用于三相逆变器电机驱动。
