Silicon Line’s SerDes ICs for MIPI D-PHY camera module (CSI) and display (DSI) applications, such as VR/AR, medical, security, and industrial imaging, are available in 2 Gbps, 4 Gbps, and 10 Gbps speed grades. The serialized MIPI data can be transported either electrically or optically.

Their MIPI D-PHY SerDes ICs, with STMicroelectronics’s ST60A2 - an RF millimeter-wave transceiver operating in the 60 GHz V-Band—facilitate the wireless transmission of MIPI camera module and display video signals.
